www.patchwork-quilts.co.uk  is run by Julie & Andy Winship . Our interest in patchwork quilts was born from our families long history of dealing in antiques and in particular brass & wrought iron bedsteads. These beds needed linen which was as every bit special as they are and patchwork quilts provided the answer. We began retailing the quilts from an Antique Centre in North Yorkshire in England  and as demand grew we decided to offer the designs nationwide via our purpose built showroom and of course the internet. Our customers come from many walks of life and are looking for bedding which is that bit special which seamlessly blends in with their bedroom decor and furniture. We offer one of the UK's largest selections of tradtional and contemporary patchwork quilts and bedspreads. Lay one over your duvet in the winter for extra warmth or use alone in the summer to provide a lightweight cover to keep you cool. Our quilts create an eye-catching focal point for any bedroom and for the finishing touch we also offer matching pillowshams, cushions & pretty linen accessories.

 We believe in service. - We could have set up our systems to take your order, process it sometime and send your order out saying it may take up to 28days etc but that is just lazy. In these days of technology there is no excuse for inefficiency – that’s why we have set our systems up so that your order reaches us straight away, we process it straight away and we send it out you straight away, after all who wants to wait and more importantly why should you?.

We believe in Quality. - Most of our patchwork quilts are made by hand in the traditional way. We thoroughly check every quilt before shipping  to ensure you receive a quality product that will compliment and enhance your bedroom and give it that special unique feeling of comfort and style.

We believe in  value. - One or two of our quilts are available on the internet elsewhere and we invite you to find them. Some are twice (or more) the cost of our quilts. They are the same quilts. We rely on small margin’s because we believe that  value for money for the customer together with excellent service are more likely to lead to your repeat business or recommendation to your friends and family. That is our aim – to serve you many times in the future
