1) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date posted to this website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you use the website. Continued and subsequent use of the website will denote your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter the website including content and prices at any time at our discretion. All offers, special items and prices may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to end any sale and promotions at any time at our discretion.

2) Once you make a purchase using this website an account will be created automatically assigning you a username and password – these will be emailed to the email address you provide following your purchase. It is your responsibility to keep these details safe and to change your password at the earliest opportunity by logging into your account. Your account is created subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion and without stating any reason. We take your security and privacy very seriously and will never divulge any personal information about you to any third party (except where required by law eg: law enforcement agencies etc). 3) Placing an order – once you have placed your order and gone through the checkout we will send you an automated email confirming your order has been placed – this does not confirm your payment has been accepted, once your payment has been processed you will receive a further email to confirm your payment has been processed and accepted.. Your order will then be packed and shipped accordingly to your chosen delivery option and a final email to let you know your order has been shipped will be sent to you. Dispatch of your order will denote that we accept your order and complete the contract of sale between us (unless you cancel your order or we refuse to accept your order)

4) Delivery – this will take place within the timescale that you have chosen when you placed your order via . All deliveries must be signed for. Once the delivery is made risk of loss or damage passes to you the consumer.  Deliveries worldwide are available – please contact us for a quote before placing your order

5) Payment – We will take payment via our payment provider at the time of receiving your order. All goods are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock we will inform you of this along with an estimated delivery date. You may choose at any time not to proceed with this part of your order or your full order at any time upto the time of actual shipping. Any items cancelled from your order will be fully refunded.

6) Price Of Goods – The price you are charged when you place your order will be the price you pay. In the rare event of a pricing error occuring because of a website technical error we reserve the right not to supply the goods at that price, we will contact you to let you know the correct price - you reserve the right to cancel the order if you choose.  We reserve the right to alter all prices at any time, however if a price change occurs (up or down) after your order has been placed you will pay the agreed price as detailed in your order. (except if that price is incorrect due to a website technical issue)

7) Returns, Substitutions & Cancellations – We offer a 30day full money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your choice for any reason please return it to us in its original packaging and unspoilt / unused within 30days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) Please be aware goods returned will be thoroughly checked for damage and spoiling before a refund can be issued. If for any reason the item you order cannot be sourced we will let you know by email and offer you a substitution. Whether or not you accept this substitution is at your discretion. You can cancel all or part of your order at any time up to the point of dispatch by contacting us. Shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable

8) Sizes and Colours – We do try to ensure that all sizes and colours / descriptions given on the website are kept accurate at all times – if you are unhappy with your item, or you feel it is not the colour, type or size you expected to receive you can return it as laid out in Clause 7 above for a full refund. (except any shipping charge)

9) Intellectual Property Rights – By use of this website you agree that all logos, descriptions and content remain the property under copyright of www.patchwork-quilts.co.uk and that reproduction / use of any part of this website will only be considered following our specific authorisation in writing.

10) Warranties – Although we are happy to offer a money back guarantee we do not imply a warranty of any kind on any goods unless specifically stated on the individual item(s)

11) Computer Data - By using this site you agree that we will not be held liable for any Malicious Software, Virus and Code which may result from use of this site although all reasonable security steps are taken to prevent such chances occurring.

12) Losses – We will not be held liable for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation or any special or indirect losses caused by use of this website or by products purchased from it.
