We will deliver all orders quickly (Uk mainland within 48hrs)  and efficiently and when we say we will, keeping you informed throughout the order and delivery process.

 

That you will receive your quilt beautifully tissue wrapped and packed in one of our sturdy boxes carrying our logo.

 

To keep you informed throughout your order process. We will send you a separate email at each of the following stages:

To confirm we have received your order.

To confirm your payment has been processed.

To confirm your order has been shipped.

 

We will deal with all of our customers in a courteous and friendly manner, replying to all customer order, product and general enquiry emails within 24hrs. (Although in most cases we reply immediately.)

 

To issue immediate refunds on any returned or cancelled orders if you change your mind.
